An interactive Strategic Carbon Net Zero learning programme for leaders and managers. It uses the learning simulation Planit-sustainability. The learning programme increases the skills, knowledge and mindset of leaders including embedding this core idea:
“Every decision we take, every choice we make, contributes to delivering Net Zero Carbon”
This workshop has been used for leaders within the NHS and its slogan is taken from National Care Alliance’s Green Plan.

Mary Dees, Director is an experienced trainer and consultant in sustainable development with over 25 years of professional experience. She is also a UKCP registered ecological psychotherapist. She has a particular interest in psychological resilience and mindset around climate change mitigation and adaptation.
