Proven and effective

Pennine Care delivered a total of 10 strategic workshops and trained 120 senior managers, from all areas of the Trust, this outlines an evaluation of the feedback from the workshops.

The workshops are being used as evidence for the CQC assessment of environment and sustainability, as the Trust are taking actions to reduce the overall carbon footprint, climate change adaptation, and implementing adverse weather plans.

The workshop’s interactive nature was the most praised element. Participants consistently highlighted how the hands-on, engaging, and collaborative format helped bring the session to life.
